With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ed Ristau of Lancaster, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ed left this world on February 24, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ristau and Sophie Ristau; and his brother Joseph R. Ristau. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ristau; his son Mark Ristau (Natalie); his brother Jack Ristau (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Betty Ristau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130).
