He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his son Paul Gereby; and his sister Susan Versenyi. He is survived by: his children, Susanne Tomaschek (Laszlo), Hanna Gereby, Charlotte Gulden (Thomas), Clarissa Gereby (James), Margaret Nemethy (Stephen) and Emese Blankenship (Don); and his brother Paul Gereby.
