She was predeceased by: her husband Ian Uttley; her brother Mark Kaminski; and her stepfather George Molinelli. She is survived by: her parents, Joan Molinelli (Scott) of Rocky River, OH and Richard Kaminski of Westlake, OH; her siblings, Christine Bergant of Mentor, OH, Therese Shafer (Greg) of West Chester, OH, Mary Warnkey (Mark) of Miromar Lakes, FL, John Kaminski (Claudia) of Yulee, FL and Matthew Kaminski (Mark) of Santa Fe, NM; her aunts, Sandy Gordon (Mike) and Shirley Scott; her nieces, Jenna, Erin, Cassie and Amy; her nephew Andy; her friend Stephanie Markovic; and her caregiver Kifah Hamed. She is also survived by her family and friends.
