He is survived by: his parents, Charles Ware and Nina Burke; his son Chase Hartman; his siblings, Brian Burke, Clark Grose, Jessica Workman, Brendan and Ian Ware; his nephews, Marshall, Milo and Ricky; his niece Lillian; his aunt Verldine; and his cousin Danny Workman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to health conditions for several of Tony's loved ones, the family has requested that everyone wear a mask while at the memorial service.
