It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Kazuka of Lakewood, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Bemer and Mildred Bemer (Klamar). She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Dr. Jennifer Kazuka (Michael Fassett), Nicholas Kazuka and Adam Kazuka; her grandchild Maverick Fassett; and her siblings, Andrew Bemer (Kathy) and Mildred Stefonsky (Andrew). She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church or Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
