He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Pykare (Keever) and Frans A. Pykare; and his siblings, Eugene, Wilbur, Kenneth, Rodney Pykare, Bertha Shreves, Ruth Pykare, Mildred Gargano and Betty Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Pykare (Eaken); his children, Robert T. Pykare (Marcia) of Monmouth, Maine, Sharon M. Kenausis (Bill) of Ellsworth, Maine and Randy R. Pykare (Peg) of Kinsman, Ohio; his grandchildren, Joshua, Alexandria and Samantha; and his great grandchild Zoey.
