She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvira Louise (Barlow) and Clifton Louis Lipps; her stepdaughter Theresa Jones; and her son-in-law Kraig Kostyo. She is survived by: her children, Earl E. Schultz (Shin Young) of Korea and Loretta J. Ragsdale of Hurst, Texas; her stepchildren, Allen D. Jones (Jeniffer) of Papillion, Brenda G. Carr of Geneva and Sandra R. Jones of Cortland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Frank Behne III, Amanda Halstead, Brian Jones and Heather Spencer; her great grandchildren, Jeffery and Riley Easterday; and her siblings, Henry Lipps (Linda) of Gustavus, Beverly Hanson (David) of Cherry Valley, Darlene Secich (Michael) of Port Aransas and John Lipps (Jerry) of Gustavus, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
