He was predeceased by: his wife Barb; his brothers, Harold Penn and Wendell Penn; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Alice Wisler and Harry Sonny Wisler.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey L. Penn (Diane) of Johnston and Linda L. Mendik (Michael) of Mecca, Ohio; his grandchildren, LeAnn, Michaela, Deneen and Haden; and his brother David E. Penn, Sr. of Vernon.
