She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Rachel (Templeton) and Curtis Miller Harnett; her husband Harold M. Amy; and her siblings, Leona Thompson, Roy Harnett, Edward Harnett and Glenn Harnett.
She is survived by: her sons, Randall M. Amy (Pamela) of Richmond and Allan M. Amy (Cathy) of Mantua, Ohio; her grandchildren, Justin, Erin, Shannon, Zachary and Ericka; and her siblings, Mable Streator of Warren, Edna Fick of Williamsfield, Ohio, Donald Harnett of Vernon, James Harnett (Nancy) of Hadley and Lee Harnett (Sherry) of Jamestown. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
