It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Schoonover of Kinsman, Ohio, born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Schoonover (Bowen) and Freeman Schoonover; his siblings, Opal Schoonover, Carl and Elson Schoonover; and his half-brother Ed Sissler.

He is survived by: his close friend Virginia Frazier of Kinsman; and his brother Dallas Schoonover of West Virginia.
