He is survived by: his children, Tomas Carter (Sherri) and Anita Carter; his grandchildren, Tabitha Ciardelli (Anthony), Jodelle Harvey (Troy) and Nathan Carter (Mickala); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Grant, Luciano, Avery, Anna and Jakari; and his siblings, Bill Carter (Sandra), Nancy Gaskins, Becky Conrad (Wayne), Jackie Crabtree, Rick Carter (Kathy) and Brian "Barney" Carter.
