She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Clements and Francis Clements (Nungester); and her siblings, Ronnie, William, Russell Clements, Patricia Congrove, Carolyn Hinton, Alice Richards and Martha Jean Hart.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Culwell; her children, Bradley Culwell (Malena), Tonya Wooddell (Kelley) and Joseph Culwell (Sarah); her grandchildren, Tiffany McCarty (Ronald), Cassandra Boltenhouse, Kelsey Wooddell, Lacey Culwell, Bradley C. Culwell, Dakota Culwell (Heather), Breann Smith, Zaylie Culwell, Amyah Culwell and Parker Culwell; her great grandchildren, Konnor, Rebekah, Chloe and Elijah; and her siblings, Robert Clements, Donnie Clements, Brenda Bickers, Sue Mace and Sharon Sisterman. She is also survived by family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 - 7 p. m. and an hour before the service Friday at Hill's with visitors maintaining social distancing and wearing face coverings.
