He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Faulkner and Janet Faulkner; and his siblings, David Faulkner (Dee), Paul Andrew Faulkner, Dan Wetzel, Carmen Sue Richardson (West), Robin Wetzel and Shelly Van Dellen (Rob). He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
