She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Perry and Flossie Perry (Harble); her husband John W. "Bill" Payne; and her siblings, Grover, Jack, Jim Perry and JoAnn Lanham.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Skaggs and Kenny Skaggs (Joyce); her grandson Jeremy Skaggs (Chantel Hixon); her sisters, June Roberts (Homer) and Flossie Auten (Harold); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Perry. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
