She was predeceased by: her parents, Delora Cleone (Dailey) and Clifford Burt Wise; her husband David Francis Bell, Sr.; and her son Richard David Bell. She is survived by: her son Kenneth C. (Vickie A. Bell); her granddaughter Erica R. (Matthew Lombardo); her great grandchildren, Alexa B., Gabby E. Hutchison, Madelyn E. and Tate D. A. Lombardo; her siblings-in-law, Larry Bell (LouAnn) and Sue Detty; and also, Verlin C. and Eileen Wise.
