He was predeceased by: his father Russell W. Wintersheimer; his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Newton; his sister Donna; and his brother-in-law Gene Kness. He is survived by: his children, Mark Wintersheimer (Erica) of Chillicothe, Christina Whitley (Paul) of Frankfort and David Wintersheimer of Kingston; his grandchildren, Lacey, Skylar, Victoria, Mark Robert, Tyler, Payton, Logan and Lincoln; his great grandchild Perseus; and his siblings, Karen Malott (Phil) of Chillicothe and Russ Wintersheimer (Judy) of Jamestown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
