She was predeceased by: her father John Howard; her husband Andy Dean Lazenby; her daughters, Virginia Rhodes and Julia Lazenby; and her siblings, Ham Miller, Chuck Miller, Mildred "Spunk" Businger and Margaret Sadler.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Hunsberger (late Art), Kenneth Lazenby and Jeannine Roof (Jim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
