He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Smith (Mark) of Kenton, Michelle Ratliff of Kenton and Thomas Ratliff (Carla) of Forest; his siblings, Rich Curl (Connie) of Forest, Tom Curl (Bev) of Bellefontaine and Sheila Henderson (Graydon) of Lima; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Caudill-Gamble (Michael), T. J. Rafliff (Brianna) of Natasha Rafliff, J. J. and Troy Hastings (Adelle). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
