With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Dennis Kovarik of Jewett, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kovarik and Anna Horsky Kovarik; his mother-in-law Frances Williamson; and his brothers-in-law, Glen Williamson and Frank Zerla.
He is survived by: his friend Tom Hare; his wife Betty Jean Williamson Kovarik; his son Damian Nathan Kovarik (Amee); his sister Sharon Lynn Kovarik Zerla; his nephews, Andy (Patti) and Jim Zerla (Jeannie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nick, Laura, Jenny, Nancy and Noah; and his brother-in-law Jim Williamson (Karen).
