She was predeceased by: her parents, William Foit and Josephine Sach Foit; her husband Paul Everett "Skip" Skipper; and her siblings, Dorie Russell, Clarence "Fuzzy" Foit, Bill Foit and Mary Stone.
She is survived by: her children, William J. Skipper (Tutti) of Carrollton, James D. Skipper (Diane Dalesio) of Jewett and Barb Horn (Tom) of Jewett; and her brother Don Foit (Pat) of Cadiz. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
