He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Boehm and Ruby Boehm (Heldman); his son Joel Boehm; his brothers, Daniel Boehm and John Boehm; and his sister-in-law Priscilla Boehm.
He is survived by: his spouse Julaine Buchholtz; his son Jon Boehm (late Sandra) of Findlay; his brothers, Steve Boehm (Doris) of Rice Lake, WI and Nathan Boehm (Kaylynn) of Jenera; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Boehm, Jan Boehm of Saginaw, MI and Leo Buchholtz. He is also survived by one step grandson; one step great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
