He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Burns and Mary Burns (Vonmoose); his sons, Daryl and Regis Burns; and his siblings, Joseph, Alex, Bernie, Glenn, Cecilia, Dorothy, Agnes and Rose.
He is survived by: his former wife Marcella B. Bianchi; his wife Marci; his children, Patrick Burns (Vicki) of Jefferson, Sonya Focht (John) of Jefferson and Shawnasee Burns (Laurie) of Rock Creek; and his brother John Burns of New Salem, PA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
