He was predeceased by: his parents, Oney H. Goff and Grace B. Goff (French); his wife Betty; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Merle, Don, Cecil, Ralph, Duane Goff, Wilma Sabo, Leola Rodgers and Aline Goff.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard F. Goff (Grace) of Youngstown and Leanora L. Perfetto (David, Sr.) of Jefferson. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
