It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Frasure (Jefferson, Ohio), who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Edith Frasure, Sr. (Howell). He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Apgar; his children, Daniel Frasure (Sandi) and Kimberly Richards (Eric); his stepson John David Apgar; and his grandchildren, Anthony Luce, Joshua Frasure, Joseph Luce, Brandon Frasure, Amanda Jones and Shawna Grennan. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the funeral home to assist another family in their time of need.
