He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Stebbins and Mildred Stebbins (Schenck); his son Eugene Stebbins; his sister Janice Denlinger; and his brother-in-law Richard Denlinger.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Stebbins (Moore); his daughters, Connie Stebbins, Sandy Lamb (Doug) and Pam Henderson (Bill); his daughter-in-law Linda Stebbins-Suttman; his siblings, Robert Stebbins (Eleanor), Joe Stebbins (Deana) and Arlene Saul (Ed); his grandchildren, Holly Michael (Todd), Steve Stebbins (Amy), Susan Krum (Mike), Cassie Morgan, Marcus Lamb (Shelley), Nick Lamb (Erica), Sara Lamb, Brian Henderson (Amber) and Kandi Perdue (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Morgan, Kate, Max, Leah, Gage, Troy, Lauren, Jaren, Allie, Grady, Logan, Aden, Hailey, Harley, Hannah, Harper and Peyton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
