She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cope and Retta Cope (Elliott). She is survived by: her husband John R. Rowley; and her sons, James Rowley (Janice) of Wellsville and Darren Rowley (Zaida) of Wendell, NC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
