She is survived by: her husband William Thomas Orr; her children, William Thomas Orr II, Douglas Fredrick Orr, Travis William Orr, Gordon Bruce Black and Shannon Rae Watters; and her siblings, John Rice, Gary Rice, Carol Henthorn, Robert Rice (Terri), Pam Channels (Danny) and Betty Brant (Richard).
