He was predeceased by: his father William H. Skeens. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie R. Steele Skeens of Irondale, Ohio.; his daughters, Carrie Lawton (Jacob) of Columbiana and Elizabeth Jahn of Woodstock, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Paige Lawton, Preston Lawton and Warren Jahn; and his siblings, Debra Reed of Wellsville, Ohio, James "David" Skeens (Sharon) of Wellsville and Jonathon "Duane" Skeens (Jona Smith) of Wellsville, Ohio..
