Perry of Huron, Ohio, born in Amherst, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Tamara K. Perry; his sister Marie Perry; his aunts and uncles, Terry, Mabel Perry of Leburn, KY and Tod Gano; and his grandparents, John, Rose Perry of Leburn, KY, Paul and Hazel Kubishke of Vermilion.
He is survived by: his father John Perry (Tammy Sterrett); and his aunts and uncles, Gwendolyn (Michael Bodnar), Linda Bohland of Hindman, KY, Cherie (Russell Wilson), Tab Kubishke of Wakeman and Tom (Beverly Gano). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
