Mathews; her daughters, Lisa Garrett (Maureen Smart), Denise Bazzi (David), Michelle Garrett-Teschner (Thomas Teschner) of Richfield, OH and Angela Garrett (Lance Parker) of Elyria, OH; and her siblings, Leona Kerper (John) of Norwalk and Samuel B. Hay Jr. (Marilyn). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
