Slempa of Cleveland, Annette Steck of Parma, Cynthia Coyle (Dennis) of Villa Park and Paul F. Slempa (Tamera) of Clyde; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Rachel, Zachary, Michella, Shanna and Laura.
