He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Swineford of Huron; his children, Eric Swineford of Stuart and Jenna Swineford of Vermilion; his sister Denise Gregor of California; his brother-in-law Mark Lasky of California; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chuck's name to Stein Hospice.
