She is survived by: her parents, Marie Henkel and John Henkel; her husband David Holben; her children, Douglas (Jennifer) and Adrienne; her pet Gracie; her stepson Steve (Amy); her sisters, Holly Samuelson (Bruce) and Charlene Slagle (Larry); and her grandchildren, Bradley, Luke, Ashley, Tyler and Brandon.
