He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Stodgel and Mabel Stewart (Seldon); his wife Joanne Stodgel; and his siblings, James Stodgel, Wayne Stodgel, Bruce Stodgel, Dale Stodgel, Karen "Kate" Calhoun, Joni Fetters and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Lynnette Payne (Roger) of Washington, CH, Kimberly Stodgel Iqbal of Columbus, Cherie Burns (Richard) of Hillsboro, Orlana Stodgel of Washington, CH, William "Billy" Stodgel (Jessica Moore) of Hillsboro, Glenn Peacock (Evelyn) of New Vienna, Joanna Jones (Kevin) of Wisconsin and April Stodgel of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Richard Burns Jr. (Britney Houchin), Erica, Deanna Burns, Zana Stodgel, Christopher, Ryan Burns (Dominica Gaskill), Alexis Stodgel (Tommy Turner), Jevin Stodgel (Jamie Treadway), Christian Stodgel (Vanessa Webb), Samantha, Draven Stodgel (Zoe Grove), Marcella Henry, Trinity, Braxton Stodgel, Cora Moore, Brittany, Brook, Emily, Glenn Peacock Jr., Mahaylee and Mason Jones; and his sister Judith Ann Vansickle of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews, and friends.
