He is survived by: his wife Cindy Black (Wallace); his daughters, Amy Daugherty (Todd) of Hillsboro, Melinda Black of Hillsboro and Shelley Blair (Terry) of Bastrop, TX; his grandchildren, Matthew Partin, II (Adena), Michael Partin and Hayden Blair; his great grandchildren, Molly, Alice and Daniel Partin; his siblings, Donald Black of Hillsboro and Evelyn Stinson of Hillsboro; his nephews, James Stinson (Teresa) of Xenia and Lawrence Stinson of Hillsboro; his mother-in-law Connie Wilson (Don) of Hillsboro; and his sister-in-law Debbie Taylor (Steve).
