Stevens (Harrod, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Ervin and Inez Stevens (Sneary); his sisters, Deborah and Rebecca Stevens; and his nephew Dustin Putt.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Stevens of Harrod, OH; his children, Patricia Stevens of Harrod, OH, Thomas "Tom" Stevens (Kelly) of Cairo, OH, Jason Stevens of Marion, IN, Jacob Stevens of Harrod, OH and Ashley Stevens of Harrod, OH; his grandchildren, Ethan, Eli, Ean, Sydney and Hadley; and his siblings, Ernie Stevens (Cresilda) of Findlay, OH, Kenneth Stevens (Jan) of Harrod, OH, Jeannine Tackett of Lima, OH, Rev. Gregory Stevens (Lisa) of Lima, OH, Dorinda Fedele (Greg) of Cairo, OH and Ruth Fought (Rob) of Lima, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
