She is survived by: her spouse Billy Ray Cummings; her daughters, Teresa Williams (Chris) of Lima and Mariam Sleight (Mark) of Harrod; her stepdaughters, Angela Cummings of Summerville, GA and Kimberlie Cummings of Lima; her siblings, William Carl Pack (Debbie), Jerry Pack, Patty Wireman (O'Neal) of Harrod, Linda Brock (Terry) of Lima and Shelby Bridges (Jeff) of Beaverdam; her daughters, Wanda Murino and Brenda Isenbarger; and her sister Fay Thompson. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lima Missionary Baptist Church.
