She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Eugene Conkle; and her siblings, Virgil, Roger, William, Herb Stimmel, Rowena Stimmel, June Guinn and Lucille Coolidge.
She is survived by: her parents, Perry Melvin Stimmel and Maude Mae Gant Stimmel; her children, Charles Conkle (Bev), Yvonne Conkle, Roger Conkle (Kathy), Gerald Conkle (Kimberly), William Conkle, Yvette Conkle and John Conkle; her grandchildren, Shannon Staley (Kevin), Monique Stoner (Matt Martin), Shawn Conkle (Lucy), Ashley Cornwell (Tyler) and Erin Conkle; her great grandchildren, Kurtis Staley (Samantha), Kendall Staley (Kenzie), Kohl Staley, Steven Stoner, Kelli Stoner and Keaton Cornwell; and her great great grandchildren, Rosemary Staley, Caleb Fischer, Levi Staley and Brooklynne Staley.
Throughout her journey with Alzheimer's and until the stroke that felled her, Pat's daily question was "What day is this and what's on the agenda." That question was answered on October 22, 2018 at 2:05 p.m., when she entered into the Kingdom of Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior.
