She is survived by: her spouse George Harvey; her children, Constance Polhamus of Columbus and Jeffrey A. Harvey of Ada; her sisters, Hope Kaliher of Mansfield, TX and Norma Lillie of Quakertown, PA; her grandchildren, Joanne Rex (Kreg), Mary Beth Poulimenous, Eric Polhamus, Alicia Davis (Dan), Corey Harvey and Caleb Harvey; and her great grandchildren, Maddison Rex, Zane Rex, Evie, Kale, Gwyn and Violet Davis.
