She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shroyer and Catherine Shroyer (Bidwell); her husband Billy Joe Carl; and her children, Cathy Gratz and Billy Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Bowermister (Theresa) of Dayton, Joe Carl (Doris) of Harrod, Frank Carl (Brenda) of Bellefontaine, Tom Carl (Missy) of Harrod and Pam Schneer (David) of Roundhead; and her son-in-law Jack Gratz of Belle Center. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions may be made to the Victory Chapel of Praise.
