She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville P. Phillips and Gypsy Louise Phillips (Grove); her husband Scott E. Tarleton; her grandchildren, Josh Abruzzino and Amber Stimmel Rex; and her siblings, Paul Phillips and Sherry Edwards (Bob).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Jean Abruzzino (John) of Farmington, WV, Carole Stimmel (Doug) of Harrod, OH and Karen Sue Huster (Joe) of Lima, OH; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Abruzzino (Bree Wood) of Fairmont, WV, Levi Abruzzino of Fairmont, WV, Jordan Huster of Lima, OH, Zachary Huster of Columbus, OH, Amanda Morris (Steven Dawson) of Lima, OH and Scott Stimmel of Lima, OH; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Cameron, Carson Rex, Liam, Lyla and Alexis Morris; her sister-in-law Linda Phillips; and her grandson-in-law Nate Rex of Lima, OH.. She is also survived by her family, raising her children and loving on her grandchildren.
