Madigan Seffernick of Harrod, Ohio, born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Madigan and Martha Madigan (Barhorst); her husband Norman "Nick" Seffernick; and her nephew Daniel Shaffer. She is survived by: her siblings, Rose Schemmel (JB) of Anna, Terri Webb (John) of Waynesfield and Paul "Mike" Madigan (Marge) of Harrod. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
