She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Fleming and Bertha Fleming (Binkley); her husband Richard A. Hawk; her sons, Kenneth R. Hawk and Edmund J. Hawk; and her siblings, Walter, Guy, Ralph, Clarence, Gerald, Lester Fleming, Mabel Fleming, Dorothy Lambrecht, Helen Fleming, Edith Sager, Elsie Rader, Gladys Wagner, Laura Jean Holyoak and Stella Fleming.
She is survived by: her children, Steven M. Hawk (Kay) of Harrod and Kathy E. Hawk-Clowers (Robert) of Lima. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
