With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Gaskins of Harrison, Ohio, who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar H. Owens and Katheryn E Owens; and her brother Oscar Owens. She is survived by: her husband Greg A. Gaskins; her son Dean K. Klein (Karen Ibarra); her siblings, Louis Owens (Yvonne) and Jean Tichenor (Jack); and her sister-in-law Cathryn Owens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Which played for several charitable events including the Mini Heart Marathon, Susan G. Koman Foundation, Gorilla Run, and Wounded Warrior.
