He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hooper and Helen Hooper; and his grandson Anthony Tibbits. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hubbard and Thomas P. Hooper (Lori); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Tibbits, Kirk Hubbard, Colby Hooper, Marshal Hooper, Grant Hooper, Jenna Soto (Anthony), Katie Ziesemer and Julia Ziesemer; his brother Donald Hooper (Kim); his nephew Ken Hooper; his niece Kathy Salmon; and his close friend Kerry Calahan.
