He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Witko and Gertrude Witko (Menard); his wife Mary Witko; his children, Olivia Mc Adams (Brady), Joshua Witko (Kesha), Brandon Witko and Ryan Witko; his grandchildren, Dominic (Kelsey), Alana, Jada, Breah, Ethan, Chayse, Ryder, Gage, Averyl, Peyton and Chloe; and his great grandchild Roman. He was also cherished by 1 brother and 3 sisters.

“I worked with Mary Witko, Stephen's wife, back in the 90's. Somehow the name Witko popped up on my FB and it immediately brought Mary back to my memory. She was always so kind to me, a kid working with her straight out of high school and I've actually never forgotten about her because she was so kind to me. I'm so terribly sad to read that Stephen has passed away. You could always tell how much they truly loved one another. Sincerest condolences Wendy Courtney.”
