She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Knowlton and Jeanette Knowlton; her husband Donald "Dale" Mendel; her children, Doug Mendel, Greg Mendel, Teresa Hopkins, Diana Barnett (Don) and Lori Beebe (Deron); her grandchildren, Rachel Martin (Richard), Amy Hopkins, Tyler Mendel, Nathan Leonard (Kayla), Paige Mendel, Bailey Beebe, Brooke Terrell (Nick), Brandon Beebe, Josh Barnett and Alyssa Beebe; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Laci Leonard, Brayden Hook, Emma Martin and Kaylen May (Corey); her siblings, Roger Knowlton (Jane), Marjorie Demaree (late Eddie), Russell Knowlton (late Janet), Kenneth Knowlton (Terri) and Kathleen Morgan (late George); her brother-in-law Charles Mendel (Jackie); her granddaughter Stephanie Mendel; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Mendel and Ralph Mendel.
