With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert John Schutte of Harrison, Ohio, born in Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Schutte and Bertha Schutte; his siblings, Ray, Butch, Kenneth, Charles, Ernie Schutte, Velma Dieckman, Mildred Endicott and Dorothy Kops; and his brother-in-law Cletus Tekulve.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schutte; his children, Kristy Hotopp (Jeff) and Mark Schutte (Cathy); his grandchildren, Greg (Tracie), Matt (Bev), Doug (Miranda), Sam Hotopp (Nikki), Erin Gober (Tim), Jenny Sexton (Lloyd), Mike and Jake Schutte; his great grandchildren, Charley, Ellie, Parker, Evie, Cooper, Clover, Jovie Hotopp, Rhett, Rory Gober, Leo, Vincent and Raylan Sexton; his siblings, Wally Schutte (Mary) and Patsy Hornberger; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Navarra (Bob), Sheila Doerflinger, Doris Tekulve and Jim Tekulve. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
