He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Phelps and Margaret "Jerry" Phelps; and his granddaughter Kimberly Widener. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Redford (Willard), Linda Potter (O'Neil), Patty Buerkle (Roger) and Terry; and his grandson Randall Phelps. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
