He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Collins and Lillian Collins; and his brother Terry Collins. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Collins; his sons, Jeffery Collins II (Kasey) and Jason Collins; his grandchildren, Shelby Collins and Jeffery "Lane" Collins III; and his siblings, Jennifer Collins, Rodney Collins, Tina Hammons, Jack Collins (Janice), Eddie Collins (Nancy), Carol DeBruler and Chrissy Lanham (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorials be made to the American Legion Post #239. The funeral home will be accepting memorials during the services and if you are unable to attend you can mail your donation to the funeral home and they will notify the family of your donation.
